What We Do  

• Process Medicaid applications for nursing home residents throughout the States of Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
• Assist the applicant, their family and continuing care facilities in processing the application to obtain Medicaid benefits.
• We will assist you in obtaining the documentation required to submit the application, including bank statements, annuities, life insurance, trusts and other required documents.
• Complete and organize an application in a timely manner and deliver it to the appropriate office.
• We will work with your attorney, and when appropriate, deliver to the Department of Social Services, MassHealth or Department of Health Services a completed application.
• Upon notification that items are needed to supplement a completed application we will collect and process them as needed.
• Attend any appeal meetings as your representative.
• Once all qualifications are met, obtain an approval for Medicaid benefits.

We will ask you a few questions to determine eligibility and whether or not we feel representation by an attorney is warranted. We will assign you a Case Manager, who will send you a packet of information and authorizations. Your Case Manager will work exclusively on your loved one’s case from start to finish.
